The General Skilled Migration program aims to fill skill gaps in the Australian economy by focusing on individuals with skills in the occupation list.
The program covers a variety of visas, including a direct permanent residency with Skilled Independent (Subclass 189) and Skilled Nominated (Subclass 190) visas, as well as a staggering provisional track with Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) (Subclass 491) visa. Those who are willing to relocate to specific regional areas will receive additional points.

配偶及伴侶簽證 — 概覽
配偶簽證分為臨時與永久兩種，適用於已婚或同居伴侶。申請人可在等待期間享有 Medicare 與工作權利。
適用對象
- 澳洲公民、永久居民或合資格紐西蘭公民之已婚配偶
- 澳洲公民、永久居民或合資格紐西蘭公民之同居伴侶
- 澳洲公民、永久居民或合資格紐西蘭公民之未婚夫／妻
擔保人要求
- 未曾擔保超過一位伴侶
- 最近五年內未曾被擔保（除非有特殊原因）
- 提供過去十年內在任一居住滿 12 個月國家的無犯記錄

配偶簽證申請文件清單
- 身份文件 - 護照資料頁、改名證明、雙方關係陳述
- 共同財務 - 聯名銀行帳戶、房屋租約或按揭、共同帳單或保險、轉帳紀錄
- 社交證明 - Form 888 聲明、聯名邀請函、合照、旅遊紀錄、社交媒體互動
- 關係承諾 - 結婚證或同居註冊、異地通信紀錄、遺囑或法律文件
- 家庭成員 - 子女護照、出生證、監護或依賴證明
擔保人需提交的文件
- 身份文件 - 護照資料頁、改名證明、前段關係結束證明（如離婚證／死亡證）
- 品格文件 - 自 16 歲起於任何國家居住滿 12 個月之無犯記錄
- 關係陳述 - 擔保人需提供一份書面說明，描述雙方如何相識及關係發展
配偶簽證申請流程
- 準備所有身份與關係文件
- 透過 ImmiAccount 線上遞交
- 繳費並加入所有隨行家屬
- 通常先獲臨時簽證，兩年後仍維持關係可轉永居
- 如關係變更，須立即通知內政部
